Maintenance Complete; Friday 1st February 2013

Maintenance operations on the Helioviewer server are now complete, ahead of schedule. All Helioviewer services should be up and running as normal. We thank you for your patience in the last three days while our maintenance operations were ongoing. Please contact us if you notice a departure from normal services.

      As usual, they don’t wanna let us see what we wanna. I’ve been try to watch the sphere again and every time they sphere is about to show up there is a malfunction….

    It says 2 minutes and your video will be avaliable to view it ! 7 hours later, it is still processing.

      Sorry about that – we thought that our movie processing was up and running, but it wasn’t. Movie processing was eventually fixed, and it should be working now.

      I would recommend clearing out all the data in your browser (cookies, local storage, passwords, etc) and re-starting it. I hope this helps, and please contact us if it does not.

    Hi, I cannot upload videos to my youtube channel, It wants me to save as a document. I found opening another browser helped! but It won’t have it now, hope you can help.

      I recommend also clearing all your private browsing data – cookies, etc – and then restarting your browser.
